6/25/2009
Landscaping is in progress. Flooring materials (carpet and tile) are being installed. All wall tile work is complete. Painting is in progress.

The aluminum storefront is in place. Tile work is complete. Drywall rework is almost complete as well as painting. All casework has been installed. Lockers are being installed. Floor coverings and ceiling tile are the major items remaining to be installed. Repair and reconfiguration of the irrigation system is in progress which will be followed by landscaping.

Corridor wall tile is complete. Casework installation is approx. ¾ complete. Drywall work continues which will be followed by finish painting. Entrance and interior store-front is installed. Final site rough grading is complete and flat work will be poured this week.

Windows are installed. Aluminum storefront is going in. Painting and wall tile installation are in progress. Cabinetry is being installed.

Exterior masonry is complete. Dry wall is complete except for some minor details. Interior painting has started. Mechanical and Electrical work continues.
5/11/2009
Plumbing rough-in will be complete this week. Framing is complete and drywall will be completed early next week. Drywall finisher’s will start next week. Exterior masonry is 75% complete.

The exterior masonry is at about 50% complete. Interior framing is completed. Insulation and drywall are being installed. Plumbing rough-in is about 75% done. Mechanical and electrical rough-in continue. The rooftop HVAC unit was set today.

Work in progress includes exterior masonry, interior wall framing and drywall, and electrical, plumbing and HVAC rough-in. The project is on schedule.

The external framing is completed and sheathing is near completion. Interior rough-in for electrical, plumbing, mechanical and fire sprinklers continues. Roofing and exterior masonry start next week.  |
