Track complete. Finishing up fire alarm. Landscape repairs continue. Installing replacement library circulation desk and office casework. Paint touch up. Last window (exterior wall repair area) installed. Testing & balancing. Installing toilet accessories. Door hardware nearly complete. Phone / data cabling ongoing. Large cleaning crew onsite and working.

Base layers down on track. Striping next. Stay off for another week. Working on fire alarm. Started some landscape repairs. Circulation desk. Paint touch up. Last of carpet. Exterior wall repaired. Test & Balancing. Crack seal on asphalt done today. Door hardware starting

Final grading and walk replacement to complete this week. Track replacement ongoing as is landscape repair. Parking lot reseal / restripe next week. New air handling equipment completing this week while controls continue. Fire alarm, light fixtures, clocks ongoing. Starting exterior wall damage repair at 1st level window. Ceilings, paint tile continue. Carpet to complete this week as is stage floor extension, bleacher repairs and practice gym plaster/paint. Door hardware starts this week. Roofing to finish next week. Toilet accessories start next week.

Roofing almost complete as is earthwork. Exterior concrete, mechanical equipment installation and wiring continue. Track replacement started – minor polyurethane patching needed (no asphalt). Painting and ceiling work continue. Parking lot crack fill / sealcoat and landscape repair starting. Controls starting. Epoxy floor, bleacher repair and stage work started. Fire sprinkler install going on in WWS.

Roofing, earthwork/exterior concrete, mechanical equipment installation and wiring continue. Tile, painting and ceiling work starting. Painted in main office. Window replacement complete except at Corridor 132 where wall is damaged.

Roofing, earthwork/exterior concrete and window replacement work continue as new mechanical equipment installation and wiring. Carpet has been removed and new is on site. Tile, painting and ceiling work starting. Finishing drywall in main office.

The roof work is still underway.

New walls are framed in the main office and new variable air volume boxes have arrived so installation can begin.
Roofing, earthwork and window replacement work continue as does mechanical, electrical and general demo.
