Install ongoing for new boilers, pumps, etc. Front entry floor going in. Paint touchup. Floor reinforcement in kitchen for trough drain. Landscape repair ongoing. Door hardware nearly complete. Toilet accessories and partitions, phone / data cabling ongoing.

Installing new boilers. New front doors going in. Finishing drywall. Demo done in workroom and kitchen. Sink in art room not yet installed. Door hardware going in. Toilet partitions going in. Black/ brown shelving in hallway across from library falling apart – to be removed and trashed.

Casework has started. Moving going on this week. Ceiling nearly complete. Controls, fire alarm ongoing. Heating / cooling pumps have shipped. Paving today. Concrete drainage pan almost complete. Landscape repair starting. Door hardware starting today.

Upper level classrooms basically complete with just phone/data cabling remaining. Work continues in mechanical room with air-side nearly done and water side starting. Controls work starting. Epoxy flooring starting. VCT will complete this week. Ceramic tile starting next week and carpet continuing. Track subgrade done and first v-pan pour this week. Asphalt and landscape starting next week. New entry doors at end of month. Fire alarm and phone/data wiring ongoing.

Roofing work complete except for over the Kitchen where it makes more sense to wait until that work is done as it will involve new rooftop equipment. Earthwork, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work continue. New carpet installation done on upper level and started on lower. Window replacement complete. Starting fire alarm and phone/data wiring.

Roofing work continues as does earthwork and new mechanical equipment installation. Pumping flow fill under sunken exterior concrete today. Geotechnical engineer rep on site observing recommended corrections for soft soils. Ceiling work starting on upper level. Carpet removed and starting new next week. Work is continuing on replacement of the track.

Installation of new equipment on the roof continues with help of the large crane.

Roofing and window replacement work continue as does mechanical, electrical and general demo. Earthwork has started and new variable air volume boxes have arrived so installation can begin.

Work has started! Shaw is demolishing ceilings, plumbing and light fixtures. Lots of moving boxes everywhere…
